Method
Cut the meat into pieces or ribs (here this stew is done mainly by the ribs). Onions cut into crescents, onion and garlic cut into in small pieces and chopped mint. In a suitable pot put the oil to heat (if the lamb is not fat can put plenty of oil) and fry the meat until a nice golden color on all sides. Remove the meat and put it in the pot of multikukara. In the same fat, put chopped onions, Salt lightly and stew under the lid 10 moments, stirring it occasionally. Once is tender add the chopped onion, garlic and mint stew and another 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika, savory and pepper, stir and remove from fire. Pour the mixture over the meat. Pour meat with hot water to 3/5 of the capacity of the pan, stir gently and Salt to taste. Blurring of flour rare slurries with a little water and stir into the stew. Stir nice. Close multikukara and turn the program STEW (of mine is F5-20 minutes). Once finished the program off kukara and reconnect the same program STEW (of 2 times) - so the stew cook for 40 minutes. * This stew in our family in January Print furnace with lamb. Then I started doing it in the oven - for lack of a furnace - her there getting ready at least two hours. Now Multikukara cut much time preparation. And the oven, and the oven again so pre-processed products.
