Ingredients
          500 g minced meat (mixture)
          100 g flour
          1 onion
          1 egg
          1 tsp pepper
          2 tomatoes
          1 green pepper
          2 tbsp tomato paste
          2 tbsp sunflower oil for frying
          200 ml milk
          salt
              Method
              Onion Peel and grate. To add minced meat, flour, egg and pepper. Add the milk little by little and everything is kneaded well. The mixture is allowed to stand for 15 minutes during this time in a bowl chopped green pepper and tomatoes and add tomato paste. Stir and add salt optional. In a pan with a lid, medium size, heat the oil. Pour half of the minced meat, put it on tomatoes and peppers, and on them the second half mince. Fry for 15 minutes, and then turns to fry the other side.
