Layered cake Balchik

Ingredients
8 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
6 tbsp cocoa
8 tbsp flour
250 g butter
2 tbsp milk
chocolate sprinkles
Method
Crystal sugar is mixed with 6 egg whites (such as kissing) was added thereto yolks and 3 tbsp cocoa and 8 tbsp flour and beat until well mixed. Divide into four equal parts. Bake 4 to the base in a baking dish with a diameter of 22-25 cm. Prepare the cream as 2 egg whites are broken down in the soft butter, powdered sugar was added and then dropwise (in order not to intercept the cream) are added to a stirred 3 tbsp cocoa 2 tbsp milk. The bases are arranged one upon the other, each is spread with cream. Finally, the entire cake with the remaining cream smeared and decorate with chocolate sprinkles.
