Layered cake with caramel cream

# For the base:
5 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 and 1/2 cup flour
# For the cream:
1 liter milk
12 tbsp sugar
8 tbsp flour
60 g butter
20 g gelatin

Base: Eggs broken with sugar until blanching, then add the flour. Bake two the base separately in a baking dish. Cream Caramelized to 4 tablespoons of sugar. Boil the milk with the remaining sugar. Pour the caramel with a little of the hot milk and stir until melted. Added prior fuzzy flour, stirring continuously. As is thickened, add gelatin, presoaked in a little water and gently warmed. The bases can be syrup with sugar syrup. Cream is applied when it starts to gel. For decoration put topping chocolate and biscuits. It is better to make a cake in a baking dish with removable ring and leave in refrigerator at least 1 hour before decorations.
