Layered cake with cottage cheese

4 eggs
6 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp cocoa
3 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
750 g cottage cheese
10 g gelatin
250 ml pastry cream
1 can ( 400 ml), fruit mix
1 cup sugar
50 g dark chocolate for decoration
Eggs are divided into yolks and whites. To the yolks, add 1 tbsp sugar and shatter. With 5 tbsp sugar Beat the egg whites. They add the egg yolks, cocoa, flour, baking soda dissolved in a little vinegar. Stir for a short time with a mixer at medium speed. Spread form cake with sunflower oil and pour the mixture. Bake in a preheated 180C oven for about 30 minutes. Cool base is removed from the mold and cut into two parts, one must be thinner. It is put on the bottom of the form (detachable).
