Layered cake with cream cream and gelatin

# For the base:
100 g sugar
160 g flour
10 g baking powder
4 g vanilla
4 eggs
# For the cream:
500 ml cream cakes
80 g starch vanilla
20 g gelatin
500 ml milk (water)
# For the syrup:
300 ml water
200 g sugar
30 g cocoa

Whip snow with sugar. Yolks are broken down separately and added to egg whites. Flour, baking powder and vanilla, mix and add to the eggs. Stir gently with a spoon. Bake in a pan with baking paper. The mixture may be divided in advance into three parts or roasted whole and then divided by three the base. The milk is boiled and added starch, which is dissolved in a little milk, paid in advance and stir until thickened and remove from heat. Gelatin was dissolved in a water bath and added to the cream immediately while hot and stirred well. Allow to cool and occasionally stir, not crust (the cream must be very well cooled in order not to melt the cream). The cream is stirred in the hard snow, is then mixed with cream carefully with a spoon and left in the fridge for a while. Water, sugar and chocolate syrup to boil and leave to cool. Then the base is syrupy, dab with cream, optional can put fruit or caramelized nuts. The decoration is as appropriate and fantasy.

How many grams is starch? How many grams are gelatins?

preparation of the cream if it needs a little more explanation. I guess milk is boiled, add the starch (dissolved in a little milk paid in advance or removed from the boiling) and stir until thickened and remove from the heat, then cool slightly (not hot for gelatin) and then add gelatin. Then leave to cool - how cool ?. Was then added and the cream and m. N. Did I suppose?

Do exactly made cream and need to cool completely, otherwise it will melt the cream.

This recipe already looks quite clearly described :)
