Layered cake with raspberry mousse

4 egg whites
225 g sugar
250 g ground almonds
40 g flour
125 g white chocolate
400 g raspberries
3 tbsp dissolved gelatin
150 g jam raspberries
2-4 tbsp Malibu

Mix the egg whites until they become snow. Then gradually start adding 180 g of sugar, ground almonds and flour. Bake the dough to 180C, divide by two and leave to cool. For the cream: Melt the chocolate in a water bath and let cool. Meanwhile, make sauce by 1/2 of the raspberries with a little water, or put them in a blender or heat a little and nice mashed fruit. Add the gelatin to the chocolate. Beat 300 ml cream and add chocolate to it, then the rest of the sugar, raspberries and 2 tbsp of Malibu. For the decoration: coat one base with all the cream and cover with the second. Leave in refrigerator at least 2 hours to toughen nice cream. Then, beat the remaining part of the cream and cover nice cake. Top arrange the remaining raspberries. To complete the decoration sweet melt until liquid, add 2 tablespoons Malibu and wash berries until after cool not melted cream.

Nice cakes :). I guess it comes to coconut pina coladas brand Malibu. 2 baking pans are 20 cm. The dough is made by French noodle. Bake for 20 minutes, and then shuts down the oven and allowed to dry. It is advisable to go raspberry puree through a strainer.
