Striped buns with cheese

200 ml milk
2 tbsp sugar
1 and 1/4 tsp dry yeast or 18 g fresh
1 tsp salt
20 g butter or 20 ml sunflower oil
300-320 g flour
150 g cheese
# spreads:
1 egg
1 tbsp fresh milk
1 tsp sunflower oil

Yeast dissolved in 100 ml warm milk with 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp flour. Allow to rise for 10 minutes. Sift the flour with the salt, sugar and remaining milk and effervescent yeast. Knead dough. Finally, add the butter and knead until elastic and Non-adhesive dough - about 10 minutes. Put it in a bowl, cover and leave to rise - about 40 minutes. Then divided into 16 balls and roll each ball of the ellipse. At one end of the ellipse put cheese on the other side make three incisions with a knife. Wound on rolls. Arrange in a greased tray off and with the seam underneath. Tray, cover and leave to rise for 10-15 minutes. Mix the egg with 1 tbsp milk and 1 tsp sunflower oil. This mixture is brushed muffins. Bake at 220 C for 10-12 minutes - until golden.

If you have a favorite dough buns - you can use it. An important way of turning rolls - it's interesting.
