9 yolks
180 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp grated lemon peel
180 ml butter
sugar to taste - about 1 cup
Sugar yolks and stir well, add the lemon juice, put it in the bowl and leave on low heat until thickened but not boil. Add chips. Stir and remove from heat.
