Liver in the biscuit

Ingredients
200 g liver
2 tbsp mayonnaise or cream
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp mustard
1 egg
salt
flour
rusk
sunflower oil
milk

Method
The liver is cut approximately identical pieces with side 1.5 cm. Soak in milk for 20 minutes and then drained nice. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, egg and salt. The pieces are rolled in the flour, then the mixture and finally in the biscuit. Fry in the oil, on low heat, until browned.
