Liver with mushrooms and cheese

Ingredients
800 g liver
200 g carrots
200 g cheese
200 g mushrooms canned
1/2 onion
30 g butter
flour for rolling
parsley
dill
salt
Method
The liver is cut into thin slices, add some flour and fry in hot sunflower oil. Remove and sprinkle with chopped dill. Boil the carrots in salted water, then cut into rings and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Mushrooms and grated onions smothered in cow's butter. The formulated products can be put as a liner under fry liver or around it. Cheese cut into thin slices and puts on roasted liver.
