Livers oven

Ingredients
500 g chicken liver or beef liver
breadcrumbs
salt, white pepper
150 ml sunflower oil

Method
Washing and drying livers. Add salt and pepper. Roll in bread crumbs thoroughly. Pour half the sunflower oil in a pan and arrange the liver in a row. Pour the remaining sunflower oil on top. Bake in a moderate oven until golden. Serve slightly warm and well drained of fat.

Once cut, the liver is dusted with sodium bicarbonate and allowed to stand for about 30 minutes. Washed, dried, and then flavored. This reconstituted liver will retain its juiciness.

I never heard the liver to sprinkle with baking soda. Interesting and must try.
