Macaroni in batter

Ingredients
250 g macaroni
100 g minced meat veal
50 g minced meat pork
40 g salo
1 onion
6-7 marinated mushrooms
50 g cheese
2 yolks
2-3 tbsp cream
salt
300 g flour
125 g butter
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp baking powder
Method
Flour mixed with baking powder and 1 tsp (5 g) of salt, sifted 2-3 times and rubbed with the butter, until crumbs. Add beaten egg (which is separated 1 tbsp of icing), and then gradually add the milk until soft dough kneaded average. It spread of sheet, which cover the bottom and sides of the baking dish. Chopped onion fry with diced salo, then add drained and cut into julienne mushrooms, minced meat, pepper and salt to taste. Stew mixture and remove from heat to cool. Add the beaten egg yolks, grated cheese, cream and cooked and drained macaroni. All pour into pastry-lined shape and bake in a hot oven for 25 minutes. Cake form is opened and the dish carefully moved into a suitable dish.
