Ingredients
          1 kg pumpkin
          700 g carrots
          300 g sugar
          3 lemons
          100 g hazelnuts (or almonds)
              Method
              Pumpkin and carrots grate, put in a saucepan with the sugar and water as cover them. Boil until soft. Just before removing from the fire add the juice of lemon and crushed nuts.
