1 kg of flour type 500
500 g cow yogurt
200 g butter
3 eggs
1/2 tsp baking soda

In a deep bowl whisk the eggs. Add yogurt, baking soda, salt and water and stirred. Added slowly by Russell and flour, stirring constantly. From the resulting dough with a spoon pour a little on the hot plate. The thickness of the dough layer should be 2-3 mm, while baking it is doubled. After baking them on one side, marudnitsi turn and fired on the other. Coated with the butter and placed over one another Pohlupen Court to soften and absorb the butter. Add water as needed to obtain a mixture with a consistency of pancake. Serve with yogurt, feta cheese or jam.
