600 g of meat (lamb, beef, chicken)
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
2-3 onions (1 bunch spring onions)
2 -3 cloves garlic (garlic 1 sprig fresh)
3-4 canned tomatoes
300-400 g salt bush

The meat is cut into portions and fry until lightly redness in the heated sunflower oil. Add chopped onion and planed in large pieces carrot stew under the lid a few minutes and pour hot water to cover the meat. Salt. Boil to a softening of the meat. Add the diced potatoes. Once softened, add the chopped garlic, tomatoes and salt bush. Tries of salt. Simmer for ten minutes. Sprinkle with chopped dill. * The dish can be prepared with any kind of meat (lamb, beef, chicken, pork) and fresh sausage.
