Ingredients
# For the dough:
250 g flour
80 ml buttermilk or kefir
1/2 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
500 g chicken mince
onion
salt, pepper

Method
On products dough knead soft dough Non-adhesive. Roll out on 1 mm thick and cut into strips 3 cm. Whichever is the ball of minced meat and any forms as a chicken leg around soletata. Then each orbited tape dough. Fry in heated sunflower oil until golden.

Do not remain raw minced meat

Original and very tasty. One tip: I have prepared all meatballs stuck with sticks and then began to wrap them in the dough, but the moisture of minced Crackers began to disintegrate. Crackers put immediately before frying. Minced meat does not remain raw (put a picture of cut).
