Meatballs sauerkraut

Ingredients
500 g sauerkraut
100 g rice
1 onion
100 g flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp pepper
sunflower oil for frying
2 tbsp margarine
Method
Chopped sour cabbage stew in margarine. Rice is boiled in salted water and drain. Add to cabbage. Put chopped onion and pepper. Mix well. Formed into meatballs. Melt is first in flour, then in egg and fry in a highly heated sunflower oil.
