Meatballs zucchini and potatoes

Ingredients
3-4 (800 g) zucchini
5-6 (300 g) potatoes
3 eggs
1/2 bunch parsley
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
salt
pepper
vegetable oil for frying

Method
Cook potatoes, peel and passed through a press. Zucchini peel, grate on a grater and add to the potatoes together with the finely chopped parsley, two eggs, black pepper and salt. The blend is made of meatballs which are rolled in the flour, then in beaten egg and fry in highly preheated oil.

When making potato or pumpkin meatballs, never put the egg white mixture. Once rolled meatballs in flour, seal them with protein, you will not fall apart while frying them and break your nerves:-) Finally, it is really very tasty.
