Melon with milk cream

Ingredients
1 melon
200 ml milk
200 g of powdered sugar
3 egg whites
biscotti (cat's tongue)
ice cream
fruit jam (cherries, cherries)
Method
Compressed in a water bath three egg whites beaten with powdered sugar and milk. In wide glasses arrange a layer of cream (cold well), a piece of biscotti (biscuits), melon cubes, top with scoop and decorate with fruit jam. The dessert can be prepared and drained and sweetened yogurt.
