Mountain banitsa with puff pastry

Ingredients
450 g puff pastry
50 g butter
200 g water
3-4 potatoes
carrots 2
1 small head of celery
white part of leeks 2
4 eggs
salt
black pepper
Method
Vegetables Peel and cut into julienne, smothered in the butter until soft. In a baking dish spread a circle of dough on top and pour steamed vegetables. 3 eggs are broken and pour stuffing. Top cover with a layer of dough cut circle in the middle, is coated with the rest of the egg. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for about 15 minutes.
