Ingredients
500 g minced meat
500 g potatoes
1-2 onions
200-250 g tomatoes
1 tsp tomato paste
1 carrot, a blade (or piece) celery - optional
1-2 tbsp sunflower oil

1 full tbsp toasted flour
3-4 tbsp yogurt and 3-4 tbsp milk
1-2 eggs

Method
TOPPING smash with a wire whisk milk and yogurt. Can be used only yogurt or just fresh. Add a pinch of salt, toasted flour and egg. Beat again to become a smooth mixture. Add the chopped onion, sliced ​​finely grater carrot and celery (they are optional), tomato paste, grated tomatoes and spices and optional to taste. Usually put a pinch of oregano, thyme, savory, but can pepper, nutmeg or cumin - who likes what. Mix well to well-spiced minced meat and add the diced potatoes. Add hot water, salt and transfer the mixture into a baking dish. On top sprinkle with a little sunflower oil, depending on how much fat is in the minced meat.
