500 g minced meat mixture
2 kg potatoes
2 carrots
2 onions
1-2 peppers
2-3 tomatoes or 1 tbsp tomato paste
pepper, paprika
2 diced chicken broth
1 bunch parsley
150 ml sunflower oil + 1 tbsp margarine or butter
400 g yogurt
3 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
pinch of baking
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil or butter

Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes. Put them in a pan in which you will bake moussaka. Cut the onions, carrots, peppers and sauté them in the oil and margarine 1/3 cup water. Once tender, add chopped tomatoes or tomato paste dissolved in a little water. Allow to simmer for 3-4 minutes. Add the minced meat by using a fork or a device for creasing, mash nice minced meat in the pan on the stove so that it is divided (2-3 minutes). Add salt, black pepper, red pepper and savory. Add and dissolved in 500-600 ml water broths. Pour the mixture from the pan into the tray with the potatoes and mix well. Add water (500-600 ml) so as to cover the potatoes, but so slightly to submit, not quite hide. Bake the moussaka of 180-200 C in a preheated oven strong.
