Ingredients
3 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup sunflower oil
2 and 1/2 cup flour
1 cup passaged stewed apricots
10 g baking powder
2 vanilla
50 g walnuts

Method
Eggs and sugar is broken down, add the oil and blend compote. Add the sifted flour with baking powder, vanilla and stir until uniform. The dough was dispensed into molds for muffins, which are filled to half. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Bake at 180 C 25-30 minutes.

Eli, very nice recipe. I made changes and now will share them. I put 2 eggs and raspberry compote was, slowed and sugar, put only 1 cup I thought that we will very sweet. The end result is great, soft, juicy and very very quick ending cakes.
