Muffins with walnuts and rum

2/3 cup yogurt
2/3 cup sugar
2 cup flour
1/3 cup sunflower oil
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 rum essence
50 g walnuts
6 whole walnuts for decoration

Soda is quenched in the yogurt and stir. Add the sugar, flour, the oil, such as between the individual components are stirred. Add rum essence and finely chopped (not ground) 50 g walnuts. The mixture is for 12 muffins. Distributed in slots muffins in paper muffin (or if you do not have papers - as directed by the tray). Fill 2/3 of the wells with the mixture. On top of each muffin put half walnut decoration. Bake in a preheated 200 C oven until lightly pokafevyavane. * The recipe is inspired and adapted from another recipe site - Shortcake without eggs . * It is very successful, do not adhere to the rule of dry and wet ingredients separately, as I wrote it, so I'm doing it, are very nice muffins. * I Merritt products in weights, use a cup, which normally collect 230 ml water (not completely full, and one finger - horizontally down, drinking).
