Mushroom croquettes

Ingredients
500 g mushrooms
500 g potatoes
1 egg
1/2 tsp savory
pinch nutmeg
2 tbsp flour
50 g butter
pepper
salt
# breading:
2- 3 eggs
1/2 cup flour
Method
Mushrooms finely and fry in the butter to soften. Cook potatoes, peeled and crushed. Add drained mushrooms, one egg, 2 tbsp flour and salt and pepper to taste. Kneaded dough that is shaped croquettes that PANIC in flour then in egg and fry in hot fat (maybe in the fryer). Serve warm with season salad or yogurt, seasoned with garlic, salt and dill.
