Ingredients
          50-60 g butter
          700 g mushrooms
          3 cloves garlic
          1 onion
          1 cup red wine
          4 cup liquid chicken broth
          1 cup cream
          1/2 tbsp dried thyme
          salt, pepper
          2-3 tbsp flour
          1 vegetable or mushroom broth

          Method
              Sliced mushrooms and fry them in the butter and pot together with the pressed garlic. Cut the onion and add it. Then combine with broth, pepper and salt. When the mushrooms are soft add the red wine and stay for about 5 minutes on low heat to simmer. Add the cream and dried thyme. In 1/2 cup beating the flour no lumps and add to the soup. Leave to boil over low heat for about 5 minutes.
