Olives with rice in the oven

Ingredients
300 g rice
1 onion
30-35 olives
sunflower oil
salt
pepper

Method
Chop the onion finely and stew in 5-6 tbsp sunflower oil. Add well wash the rice and fry until translucent. Pour 900 ml hot water, add salt to taste, put the olives and pour into pan. Bake in a moderate oven for about 30 minutes to cook the rice. Remove from the oven, otherwise the rice becomes dry. In presenting each portion should be 6-8 olives. Sprinkle with ground black pepper.

Blaga, Unpolished rice is healthier, but if given a slow sugar? I 4f both have the same glikemi4en index, ie same sugar content. But to see what Nelly says, and I was interesting.

is unpolished brown rice. Post harvest removes only the husk. Thus the brown rice is the food, because the vitamins, fats, proteins, minerals and fibers are retained. It is more perishable than white rice, and requires almost twice as long to make it. Its glycemic index was 55, and the white rice is 92, which means that it is a dietary and preferred for people with diabetes.
