Onion stew with chicken

1 kg chicken
1/3 cup fat
800 g onion or leek
1 tsp flour
2 tbsp tomato paste
500 g sterilized or fresh tomatoes
1 tsp paprika
1 sprig savory, can and crushed
1/2 cup Wine
10 g butter
2 bay leaf
salt, pepper

Cut the meat into chunks, lightly fry in fat and subtract. In the same oil fry the chopped onion (leek). Dilute with a little water tomato paste and red pepper. Returns fried meat. Put the remaining spices without parsley, a little warm water and wine. Dish simmer until almost ready, then add the tomatoes and lightly browned flour, which blurs previously sauce dishes. Before you remove the soup from the heat, run lump butter and sprinkle with parsley.

makes this stew often and like it. I put 2-3 cloves of garlic, it is more tasty and sometimes add mushrooms and 200 grams. Not put savory.
