Orange Baklava with vanilla

# For the syrup:
350 g of powdered sugar
1 tbsp orange juice
350 ml water
2 tbsp orange water
# For Baklava:
2 large oranges
seeds of 1 vanilla pod
1 tbsp orange marmalade
400 g filo pastry
150 g melted butter
150 g pistachios, coarsely chopped
50 g feta cheese Mascarpone
Sugar and water are boiled to make a syrup. Reduce the temperature and boil 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add orange juice and orange water, stir and leave to cool. Boil water in it and put two oranges (whole), boil 45-50 minutes, until fruits are soft. Oranges should be well covered with water at all times. Remove and leave to cool. Divide into pieces and blending smooth puree. Finished paste is put in a colander and drain the maximum. Put it in a bowl and add vanilla, orange marmalade and mix well. Heat the oven to 180 C. Grease the tin and starts shouting as each piece is brushed with butter, pistachios and orange mixture. Complete with peel, cut and bake 30 minutes. Distemper is reduced to 150 C and bake another 15-20 minutes. Baklava be removed, pour with syrup and leave to absorb. Serve with mascarpone.

Moreover, the flower is eaten pancake with such mashed :) I think today after work to buy organic oranges, just do not know when I will be able to do the weekend seems very very stressful :( Autumn came here with full force right time a cozy, fragrant pampering;) This recipe seems very suitable for warming mood :)
