Ingredients
          10 ready pancakes (large)
          2 cup cream
          4 yolks
          50 g sugar
          100 g chocolate
          # For the filling:
          2-3 apples
          1 tsp butter
          2 tsp sugar
          50 g of chocolate for decoration

          Method
              Cream is heated without boiling. Beat egg yolks with sugar. Heated cream was carefully added to the yolk mixture and place on the stove (not very high heat) to thicken, stirring constantly - about 10 minutes. Cream is added to the broken chocolate and allow to melt and cool. Apples are peeled, cleaned and cut into rectangles. The butter is heated in a pan, add sugar to caramelized apples and add, stirring 3-4 minutes to not become mushy. In a large bowl stood transparent foil. Insert 1 pancake and dabbed with chocolate cream. Another pancake smear with cream on one side only, put it on the apples, turns and put in bowl. So with all the pancakes, with cream and garnished. Allow a little cream and top. The prepared cake turns into a plate smeared with remaining cream (pre-warmed to relax, or other optional) and pour the melted chocolate. Allow to stand for 1-2 hours in the cold.     * The filling may not be apples and taste.

A delicious dessert, but you can add plenty of chocolate between pancakes, because as a stand becomes less suhichka!
