Ingredients
100 g feta cheese
3 eggs
100 g flour
200 ml beer
40 g butter
salt
Method
The eggs are broken and they were added a little bit of flour and beer until a smooth slurry. Add gradually while stirring the remaining beer and pre-grated feta cheese. In a pan, greased with butter, pour 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture, according to the pan. After fry on both sides, the pancakes are removed. Wound on a roll or fold into triangles.
