Pancakes with green onions

Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 tbsp sesame sunflower oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped green onions

Method
To add flour 1/2 cup boiling water and stir. Add 1/3 cup cold water and kneaded smooth and elastic flour, adding more water, if necessary. Leave covered for 15 minutes. In a small bowl mix the salt, onion and sesame sunflower oil. The dough was divided into 10 pieces, which are rolled pancakes diameter 15 cm. On each put a bit of onion mixture. Rolled pancakes to roll, then roll is wound on a snail that flatten slightly and rolled a circle 12 cm in diameter. Fry gently in an oily pan on medium heat for 2 minutes by. Serve hot.

Sesame oil filling provides very dense and specific flavors and rolls are very tasty. For the first time I do this dough recipe is correct and get better as bake is not fluffy as yeast dough, but tightly. Rolls (bread rolls are not pancakes) become smaller and thicker, you must comply with the measures for rolling out the recipe, if the dough is thin, stuffing coming out. Half baked dry hot non-stick pan, the other half put a spoonful of fat in the pan - I can not say who they were better and both versions are successful.
