Pancakes stuffed with leeks

Ingredients
4 leeks (white part only)
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp tomato paste
pepper
salt
# For the pancakes:
2 cup milk
300 g flour
2 eggs
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
sunflower oil for frying
4 tbsp grated cheese

Method
Leeks, cleaned and cut into rings stew in the oil to softening. Add tomato paste, pepper and salt. Milk, eggs, baking soda, salt and flour cooked pancake dough. Allow to stand for half an hour and then baked pancakes. Stewed leeks distributed in the finished pancakes, they are wrapped in rolls, scatter with plenty of grated cheese and serve.
