Pastry with Potato - II type

2 cups milk
yeast (dab big as a walnut)
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
4-5 boiled potatoes
stuffing of your choice - cheese, feta cheese, ham
Yeast are dissolved in 1 cup milk. Add 1 cup flour and left to rise. Then add the oil, and the other a glass of milk, sugar, salt and cooked and mashed potatoes. Add flour as you knead a soft dough. The dough was divided into 5 balls. Each ball is rolled into a circle and cut it 8 triangles. Insert stuffing optional - cheese, feta cheese, ham. Wrap around, put in greased pan and bake about 15 minutes

Bravo! Very good and interesting recipe for savory muffins! And why is there nothing on top of them? Little caraway or other seasoning will not be excessive in my opinion. But the recipe is great. Once again Bravo!

Very interesting and original recipe. I wonder what would happen if I add cheese to the dough, and not then?
