Peach roll with cream and chocolate spread

5 eggs
60 g flour
2 tbsp corn starch
80 g sugar
1 tsp baking powder
300 ml pastry cream
1 stepche flavor peach (napita soluble powder)
3 tbsp chocolate spread
1 ripe peach

Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Beat the egg yolks with sugar until white. Add the sieved flour, baking powder, wheat starch and stepcheto (as it retain very little to put in the cream). Beat the egg whites of hard snow with a pinch of salt and add them and the yolk mixture. Cover a rectangular baking dish with cooking paper greased with olive oil and pour the mixture. Bake at 180 C for 12-15 minutes. During this time, beat the cream well and finally put some of stepcheto mix well. Cut peach in small pieces. After having roasted the base take the paper from him and let cool. Brush with cream everywhere and overlay here and there from the chocolate spread. Arrange peach slices and from above and screw reel. Decorate optional.

Hello Nelly glad that interest you roll I often improvise with it you can change the products and always have quite a different roll. Would like to give you advice as soon as you say you do not receive anything. When you put the roll to be baked before Heat oven well in this case 180 degrees and Grill not much time because it is overcooked and becomes crispy and breaks. I bake about 8 to 12 min.
