Peppers in puff pastry

Ingredients
6 peppers
200 g feta cheese
egg 1
1 egg white
450 g puff pastry
yolk spreads
Method
The feta cheese is crushed and mixed with egg and egg whites. With this mixture fill baked and peeled peppers. Puff pastry cut into 6 squares. In each put in one pepper and turn on all sides. Smeared with yolk, arranged on a tray and bake in preheated oven at 180 C until golden.
