Phase zest

Ingredients
1 pheasant
100 ml sunflower oil
2 tsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp onion, shredded
100 ml dry white wine
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Tabasco (or similar hot sauce)
salt, pepper
garlic

Method
Pheasant pieces marinated in a mixture of all products three hours or one night by turning 2-3 times during this time. If pheasant is not very young, can stew in the marinade for about 30 minutes. Discard the pheasant pieces from marinade and have BBQ on about 3-5 inches above the coals. The pieces are baked, often moistened brush with marinade in which they stood. Instead of ginger can be baked in the oven with the marinade into foil, at the end of baking fthe oil is removed.
