Pickled garlic cream

Ingredients
4 cloves garlic
120 ml cream
2 tbsp honey
50 ml lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 bunch of dill
Method
Garlic is divided into cloves, washed and placed in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then poured into cold water. So very easy to clean from scales. In saucepan on the stove stirring cream, lemon juice, honey, salt, pepper and garlic cleaned. Boil for 3-4 minutes, add chopped dill. Everything is poured into a jar, close and leave to cool. Went back in the refrigerator, where it can be stored for about a week.
