Pickled pepper

Ingredients
100 red peppers towers
1 and 1/2. H. Vinegar
1 h. H. Sugar
1/2 h. H. Salt
1 h. H. Sunflower oil
Method
Peppers are cleared from the seeds, baked and peel. The oil fry and once cool, thereto was added vinegar, sugar and salt. Peppers are flooded with the resulting marinade (if necessary can add a little salt). Confused well and let stand 24 hours. Pickled peppers filled into jars. Sterilized 10-15 minutes.
