Pirin stew

Ingredients
500 g veal
2 onions
2 tomatoes
100 g mushrooms
10 olives
4 potatoes
parsley
salt, pepper, paprika
Method
The meat is cut and fry with a little fat. Added to the meat finely chopped onions, then tomatoes, peeled and cut into very small pieces. In the sauce is added salt, pepper and paprika, then diluted with hot water so as to cover the meat. Once the sauce boil add the mushrooms, cut into slices. Allow to boil about 20-25 minutes and then added to olives. After VWP and olives add potatoes, also cut into slices. The stew is dovaryava low heat. Before you remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
