1 kg of flour
3 eggs
1 cube of yeast (40 g)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
500 ml milk
125 g butter

Yeast mix with salt and sugar, add lukewarm milk, then add the beaten eggs. The flour is sieved and the mixture is poured. Messi to give a homogeneous soft paste. Cover with Greased foil and leave to rise for 1 hour in a warm place. Should increase volume 3 times. Melting the butter, Smash the feta cheese. This is our favorite cake, but my recipe with yogurt, an egg and oil-free. Put salt and dappled with cheese. Thus it is also really good!
