In the flour is made well, put the salt, the oil, sour cream, lightly smashed egg whites and gently knead, gradually add yeast previously dissolved in milk, knead smoothly dough like parts, if necessary is added and further milk. Leave to rise in a warm place. The dough is divided into 3 equal balls nice knead and leave once again to rise in a warm place. Then in a greased baking pan are rolled medium thick peel and put one over the other, and between them is smeared with a little sunflower oil. Cut to 6 or 8 equal pieces, in the middle of the pita not cut, there may by leave of the cup round. My cut into 8 pieces and these are divided into two, so I got 16 equal pieces. I take with both hands in one piece and simultaneously turn out 2 times, one piece left, another right and the end of the pita slightly bend down to go beneath the pita. Smeared with yolk, sprinkle with poppy middle and sides with sesame and leave little to rise and bake until ready.
