Ingredients
5 cups (1 kg) flour
500 g yogurt
1 cup (200 ml) water
2 eggs
1 tsp (5 g) of sodium bicarbonate
1 tsp (5 g) salt
1 and 1/2 cup (300 g) of cheese
Method
Of flour, milk, water, salt, baking soda and eggs (no one yolk) knead dough, which is divided into 10 equal portions and roll into circles. In one half of each circle put stuffed with crumbled feta cheese, which was capped with the other half of the circle. Received polumestsi be smeared with egg yolk and bake in a moderate oven.
