Ingredients
1 cup yogurt
1 cup lukewarm water
800 g flour
egg 1
2 tbsp sunflower oil or olive oil
pinch of salt
pinch of sugar
250 g cow feta cheese
50 g butter spreads

Method
Yogurt mixed with water and beaten egg, add a pinch salt, sugar and the oil and stirred. Sift the flour into a bowl and add the mixture. Involved soft, elastic dough, add more flour, if necessary. The dough was divided into 8 equal parts. Each portion is rolled out with a rolling pin thin sheet. Spread with butter and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese. Turn to roll. Roll is wrapped like a snail and roll it with a rolling pin size as the size of the pan. Stove switches to medium and place the pan with a thick bottom. Spread sunflower oil and bake each Parlenka on both sides until ready.
