Pizza with lamb and fresh herbs

ready pizza dough
300-400 g mutton
3 onions
4-5 tbsp tomato paste
1-2 peppers
200 g feta cheese feta or feta
100-150 g cheese
oregano, chilli flakes, salt
3-4 tomatoes
1 cup chopped fresh mint

I prepare the dough for this recipe - Тесто Pizza - quickly and use a dose tray with a diameter of 33 cm, and as products are set for this size tray. Can be used and another pizza dough thickness is of your choice. Chop finely. Of onions are removed 2-3 tbsp of minced meat and then fry with the rest in a frying pan without oil or with little to plate. Stir to evenly roast and not large lumps remain. The dough is spread out in the tray. Tomato paste is diluted with a little water, oregano and salt and spread on the dough. Top distributed minced meat, shredded roasted pepper and crumbled feta cheese. Pizza sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a moderate oven until ready.
