Plum jam and peach

Ingredients
7 kg plums
peaches 3 kg
4 kg of sugar
Method
Plums and peaches are washed and cleaned from the stones and handles. Are cooked separately with very little water and then scraping, in order to separate the skins. The resulting fruit purees were mixed, and added sugar. Boil effuse in court to the required density. The finished jam is still hot pour into dry containers.
