Potato balls with ham

1 kg potatoes
2-3 eggs
1 onion
50-100 g pork (ham)
50-100 g feta cheese
cumin, savory, salt
parsley optional
flour for breading
sunflower oil for frying
Wash the potatoes well and boil them. Cool completely potatoes grate big part of the grater. Digest onion in a food processor (if you do not have one shred it), pork too (may be cut into very small pieces). Make a well and add to the potatoes eggs, onions, pork, pre-crushed feta cheese, parsley and all other spices. The whole mixture is stirred by hand until mixing with the spices. Leave for half an hour. Take a tablespoon of the mixture and then roll in flour well as shape round balls that leave on a plate. Only when all shape meatballs, resorting to frying them. If necessary (if the collapse in making), they threw a little flour and rolled them. Put them to fry (swim) well heated sunflower oil, making them pay with a pinch. After deduction of meatballs, squeeze them with the clip of the many fat, but be careful not to push hard, because otherwise it will collapse.
