Ingredients
250 g puff pastry
200-250 g cream
1 egg
1 cup chopped walnuts
3-4 tbsp sugar
5-6 pears
grated peel of half a lemon
Method
The dough is spread out in moistened with a little water pan. The cream was stirred, treated with egg the walnuts and sugar and mix well. Distribute over the dough. Top rank fan peeled and sliced pears. Sprinkle with lemon rind and a little sugar and bake.

I do not know why, but when wet baking pan with water / cold / articles of puff pastry has me stuck. Now quite thin pan with oil and do not have that problem. Will try this and delicacies!
