Puree spinach with eggs

Ingredients
1.5 kg spinach
1 cup milk or cream
40 g butter
1 tbsp flour
6 eggs
pepper
pepper
salt
Method
Spinach is cleaned from the roots and wash. Put it in a little salted water and stew, then draining well. The butter is melted and it put spinach, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Two eggs cooked - their yolks are creased and put in spinach. Add milk and stir. When the mixture starts boiling add chopped egg whites. Puree served with each portion is placed in a parched egg, sprinkled with paprika. On the handles of spinach can make a wonderful salad. Thus prepared paste is a wonderful filling for pancakes or lasagna.
